DESCRIPTION
Is your baby now a master of rolling? If you haven't transitioned them yet from swaddling to free arms, here's how you can do it without going cold turkey.
The Hands In & Out sleep sack is designed for babies 6 months and older to allow them more freedom as they go through developmental changes while giving them the security they need to keep them sleeping longer.It has all the features of the Sleepy Hugs Original, with the addition of clever fold-over cuffs that can be open to allow your baby to self-soothe before sleep or they can be folded closed to give your baby the security they need to keep them sleeping throughout the night.
NOTE: If your baby is still experiencing strong startle reflex, we recommend you choose the Sleepy Hugs original.

This ‘Warm’ version sleep sack is designed for the cold winter season and features a unique 2TOG quilting in the signature style of the Sleepy Hugs. Featuring our signature top and bottom opening zippers for easy nappy changes and a roomy, hip-friendly design that easily accommodates a hip-dysplasia brace.
The key feature of the Hands In & Out sleep sack is the fold-over wrist cuffs that can be open to allow your baby's hands to come out for play and self-soothing or folded closed to keep tiny hands warm and cozy all night long.

A GUIDE TO SLEEPING WELL IN THE COLDER SEASON
Night time and early morning waking may be due to your baby being cold, all other factors considering. If you think about it, night temperatures drop to its lowest point sometime around 3am – 4am. As the night temperature drops so does our internal body temperature. Babies can lose body heat up to four times faster than an adult. So, it’s important to maintain your baby’s room temperature.
The recommended room temperature for a baby’s room in the cooler season is 18C – 22C. Appropriate layering is also recommended underneath any Winter TOG rated sleeping bag.

The SLEEPY HUGS is designed to be a looser fit than most other swaddle suits and is most effective in helping your baby adjust to free arms with the correct size. The SLEEPY HUGS is all about the arm span so it’s important to choose the correct size. If too big, your baby will not get the security and snug fit that they still need.
NOTE: the below measurements does not include baby's head.
• Medium (6-12 months) - suitable for babies aged from 6 months onwards, weighing 8 - 10 kg. The sleep suit has an arm width of approx. 72cm (including the wrist cuffs), and approx. 75cm in length with a neck hole opening of approx. 12cm.
• Large (12+ M) - suitable for babies 12 months and beyond, weighing over 10 kg. The sleep suit has an arm width of approx. 85cm (including the wrist cuffs) and approx. 87cm in length with a neck hole opening of approx 13 cm.

Fabric: 93% Organic Cotton, 7% Elastane, Filling: 100% Polyester
We use only high grade premium Cotton fabrics in all our products. Cotton is a naturally breathable material so babies won't sweat or overheat and is suitable for eczema.
Care Instructions: Cold Machine wash. Keep zipped up in the wash. Wash dar colours separately. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat. Warm iron inside out. Do not dry clean. -
